If you’re reading this, I’m guessing you know someone in an amazing company, or hiring. And now I’m hoping for a little love in the name of #careergrowth and #entrepreneurship …
I’ve connected over 10? 15? People over the last couple of months for XYZ reason when they reached out and I knew I could help. See a need and a way to help and I’m there.
Both a regular #jobhubt and one “at scale” both require action from the network. And a generosity of time that many struggle with.
So what can you do to help me right now?
…turn on my post notifications to help boost engagement of daily posts and discussions.
…tag or share them with relevant founders, CEO/CXO profiles, and hiring managers.
…send me roles you find or connect me with someone you know who has open roles.
In the void that is social media (I really don’t enjoy this part of it, by the way) it may take consistency to punch through the wall of scrolling and apathy out there, but the numbers are ticking upwards — how should I convert that to improve conversion to action?
