You know you’re doing something right when the company you’re consulting with invites you to their offsite in Portugal 👀 🇵🇹
For the past 3 weeks, I’ve been working with the Vouch team to support their go-to-market efforts, including wicked features launch and new pricing model.
We’ve been working to increase the team’s leverage by building systems for sales and support automations, as well as for product-led growth: defining and building their customer data model, implementing new tools like Clay, Koala and Pylon for outbound, inbound and customer success, as well as an update to their ICP in order to begin running metrics-driven sales experiments targeting international markets.
A huge thanks to Håkon, David, Sondre, Erle and the rest of the team for the buy-in, enthusiasm and collaboration over the past few weeks!
